Why do I have to log in to view your products/images?

Artwerx Australia Pty Ltd is wholesale only company & deal only with retailers & marketeers, therefore don’t allow members of the public to browse our product or see our wholesale pricing. We only supply to registered Australian & International businesses. All applications for trade require an ABN, ACN or Reseller number & must be supplied in order to open an account.

If you are looking to purchase retail, you can head to our stockist page & search for your closest distributor/stockist by searching postcodes or suburbs. If you can’t locate a stockist near you please email us  & we will send you a list of online stockists who will be able to assist you.

Can I create an account and order online?

Yes, wholesale access is only available to our approved  customers. Please fill out our Wholesale Request Form with you business details, or email our office at info@artwerxaustralia.com.au for more information on how to apply for an account. All accounts created by the public or fake accounts will be deleted.

I'm interested in stocking your products

If you are Retailer or Marketeer & are interested in stocking our Wind Spinner products, you can either fill in our Wholesale Request Form, or send an email with your inquiry to info@artwerxaustralia.com.au, along with your name, ABN/ACN or Reseller number, store name & location. Or alternatively, you can give our office a call on 02 43 23 9598 & have a chat about your interest in becoming a distributor.

How do I request a login?

If you are a new customer:

Head to our Wholesale Request Form  & complete it with your details. Be sure to read through our Terms & Conditions before submitting, once you have agreed with those you can submit the form. Once we’ve reviewed your application, we will establish an account for you. We’ll be in touch with your login details.

If you are a current customer:

If you are a current customer & have forgotten or do not know your login details please call the office on 02 43 23 9598.

My Wind Spinner isn't rotating

The wind direction can play a big part in your item spinning, you may want to try different areas of  the garden to ensure you make the most of your spinners turning capabilities. Lowering your spinner with a “extension” hook or using a battery or solar motor will allow it to spin and turn also.

Battery motors are not recommended for full outdoor weather.

Are our products Australian Made?

Our Stainless Steel Designer Collection, Australiana Range & the 316 Marine Grade Stainless Premium Collection are all designed and manufactured here on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia.

We are proudly part of the Australian Made Campaign & all our Australian made products now feature the official green & gold “Australian Made” stickers on the packaging.
