Terms and Conditions

Artwerx Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 25 161 180 589 ) shall only supply goods on the following terms & conditions unless the Company agrees, to vary these Terms and Conditions:

Order Quantities

Wholesale pieces are sold in quantities of 5.
40cm pieces require no minimum order quantity.
Accessories require no minimum order quantity.

Pricing and G.S.T

All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Please refer to your invoice or our website for current pricing. Our price lists & wholesale brochures should be used as a guide only. Prices are quoted before freight charges & are exclusive of GST.

Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Artwerx Australia Pty Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish


We will forward a Statement of Account once a month only where there is a transaction or payment activity or where there is a balance outstanding on your account.

Order Cut-Off Times and Dispatch Schedule

All orders have a 3-4 day dispatch time. Orders will dispatched from our Gosford factory, Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Delivery and Freight

For all Australian & International freight, we use our preferred Courier, but we are flexible.
For small International orders, we use TNT air freight & for large International orders sea freight is an option.

Delivery Charges

A delivery fee is charged on invoice and is G.S.T. applicable. This charge will be dependent on items ordered & delivery address.
$20.00 AUS for orders under $1000 AUS in Australian Metro areas.
Price request upon application for all regional areas.

Account when payable

1st orders are Pro-Forma Prepaid.
All accounts are payable strictly 7 days net from invoice date.
30 day Trading terms are available upon application.
All new approved wholesale accounts require the first order to be placed within 30 days. If no order is placed within that time, your wholesale account will be placed on hold & access to the wholesale pricing will be removed.

Payment Methods

Artwerx Australia Pty Ltd accepts payments by means of Direct Debit or Credit Card. For our International customers, we ONLY accept money transfer or Swift (code- CTBAAUTS) Please inquire for our account number.

Damaged Goods Policy

We reserve the right to offer either a credit, refund or exchange on damaged goods returned to the Gosford factory.

Right to Vary Term of Trade.

We reserve the right to vary these terms & conditions at any time without notice.
