Artwerx Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 25 161 180 589) shall only supply goods on the following terms & conditions unless the Company agrees, to vary these Terms & Conditions:
Account terms
- 1st orders are Pro-Forma Prepaid.
- All accounts are payable strictly 7 days from received goods.
- 30 day Trading terms are available upon application.
- International Freight requires pre-payment before dispatch.
Payment Methods
- Artwerx Australia accepts payments by means of Direct Debit.
- Credit cards (master card/visa) are accepted and a 1.5% CC fee will be added to your invoice.
- For our International customers, we ONLY accept international money transfer (IMT).
Order Quantities
- As per specified on pricelist.
Pricing Disclaimer
- All prices are subject to change without notice. Please refer to your invoice or our website for current pricing. Our price lists and wholesale brochures should be used as a guide only.
Delivery and Freight
- All orders have a 3-4 day dispatch time.
- A delivery fee is charged on invoice and is GST applicable. This charge will be dependent on items ordered and delivery location.
- $30.00 freight for orders under $1,000 in Australian Metro areas.
- We do not offer drop shipping.
Damaged Goods Policy
- We do not deal directly with the end user and all goods must be returned to the point of purchase (either retailer or supplier).
- We reserve the right to offer a credit, refund or exchange on damaged goods.
Online Trading Conditions
- Any online sales platforms must be previously approved by Artwerx Australia.
- Our customers must have a physical shop front for selling these pieces.
- The use of any Artwerx Australia images, must first be approved for use and the watermark (Artwerx Australia) must be visible.
Right to Vary Terms of Trade
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
